. training day .

i have decided that i am going to use my blog as an incentive to run. i am going to run a sub sixteen minute 5k. i know that i am not in shape ... but i will get in shape. when i do ... i will run a sub sixteen minute five kilometer foot race. i want to run it before twenty eleven. i will keep everyone updated on what race i will break the sixteen minute barrier. i did it in high school ... i did it in college ... and i'll do it as a late-twenty year old. this will be my training log. in the mean time ... this is my training regimen. video compliments of kyle j muller.
