i intended to run four miles today ... but i miscalculated and only ran 3.7. i got a pretty bad cramp in the middle of my run ... but i still finished without stopping. i'll try not to eat chef cao's mongolian beef too soon before my run next time. check out this footage of the volcano that is wreaking havoc on european airlines. beautiful.Video | Fimmfördurhals on Iceland
